Rachyll Dempsey, Psy.D., QME, ABPP is a licensed Clinical Psychologist,  Board Certified in Forensic Psychology, Forensic Neuropsychologist, and Qualified Medical Evaluator.  Further, she is certified at the Independent Practitioner level through the California Sex Offender Management Board.

An expert in the field of psychological testing and assessment, Dr. Dempsey has dedicated her practice to understanding and being able to address differential diagnosis, as well as malingering.   She has conducted thousands of interviews and evaluations in the areas of Forensic – both civil and criminal (CST, NGI, Risk, PTSD, among other), Cognitive (dementia, functional assessment), Personality, Neuropsychological (TBI, Neurocognitive and Neurodegenerative), Organizational (Fitness For Duty, Pre-Employment, Return to Work, among others), and Learning Disability evaluations, in addition to being a sought after expert witness with experience testifying in a variety of cases. Dr. Dempsey has worked with individuals of all ages using evidence based treatments and measures in clinics,  medical, and forensic settings.

Dr. Dempsey founded Psychological Assessment, Inc. (www.psychassessment.us) in 2014. Additionally, Dr. Dempsey maintains a private practice dedicated to forensic and neuropsychological assessment, qualified medical evaluations and agreed medical evaluations, independent medical record review, and expert witness testifying.
